Tottenham Hotspur scouts have recommended Emmanuel Lulli to their recruitment chiefs as a potential target. Scouts from Arsenal and Liverpool have also recommended the 19-year-old Italian defender to their respective clubs. The Roma teenager was first noticed by scouts who were watching his teammate Wesley. Other clubs are also observing Lulli; Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United are aware of his development, and sources indicate that Paris Saint-Germain also has a positive view of his development. In response to the growing interest from the Premier League and elsewhere in Europe, Roma are reportedly planning to offer Lulli a new contract to secure his contractual status with the club. Lulli's current contract expires in June 2027 and he has one cap for the Italy U21 national team. His current Transfermarkt market value is €8.00m.
