Everton are considering a summer move for Watford winger Othmane Maamma, a potential replacement for Dwight McNeil, who could be sold. Everton have identified the 20-year-old Moroccan and French national as a target following what has been described as his breakthrough season, in which he has scored four goals and provided one assist in 20 Championship appearances. It has been reported that scouts from both Everton and Brentford have been monitoring Maamma. Watford are expected to demand a minimum of £15 million for the player, who joined from Montpellier for £1 million last summer and is contracted until 2029.
