Maximilian Beier Transfer from Borussia Dortmund to Brentford
FC Brentford showed strong interest in Maximilian Beier and offered 70 million euros for the German international. However, Borussia Dortmund categorically ruled out his departure after learning of Silva's long-term injury. Beier himself was reportedly not enthusiastic about the transfer option.
Brentford has made an official offer to Borussia Dortmund for Maximilian Beier, valued at approximately 52 million Euros. However, Borussia Dortmund has rejected this offer. Brentford is reportedly willing to offer up to 70 million Euros in total for the German international, although no further offers are expected. This would be a new transfer record for the English club.
According to Bild, Borussia Dortmund is expected to receive an offer of approximately 70 million euros from Brentford, with around 64 million as the base transfer fee. Brentford is interested in signing Beier to compensate for the departure of their top-scorer, Bryan Mbeumo, to Manchester United.
FC Brentford is reportedly considering a move for German striker Maximilian Beier as a potential replacement for Yoane Wissa. The club has been monitoring the 22-year-old for some time and had previously expressed interest before his transfer from TSG Hoffenheim to Dortmund. Financially, Brentford is in a position to make Dortmund an attractive offer, and Beier could anticipate a salary increase if he were to transfer to England. Nevertheless, 'Sky Sports' reported that there has been no communication between Brentford and Dortmund to date. Beier's contract with Dortmund is valid until June 30, 2029, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value at €25.00m. Additionally, Manchester United has been associated with the forward.
