Barcelona's interest in Lucas Herrington continues, and the club has a high opinion of the 19-year-old Australian and German centre-back. He joined Hull City from MLS side Colorado Rapids in the summer for a club-record £17 million, after Barcelona competed with a number of Premier League clubs for him. It is reported that there is no suggestion that either Hull or Herrington is considering a move in January, and the player is under contract with Hull City until June 2031.
