West Ham are among the teams reported to have an interest in Colorado Rapids defender Lucas Herrington. The 18-year-old Australian has also drawn interest from Everton, while Barcelona had a bid for the player rejected by the MLS club as it did not meet their valuation. Herrington, who joined the Rapids in January 2026, has four senior caps for Australia and his contract is valid until the end of 2029. In the 2025/2026 season, he made 15 appearances in Major League Soccer, scoring one goal, and 11 appearances in the A-League Men, also scoring once. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is estimated to be €4.50m.
