Lewis Montsma has completed a permanent transfer to Scottish Premiership side Dundee.

Lewis Montsma is expected to complete a deadline day transfer from Lincoln City to Dundee, a club in the Scottish Premiership. Pete O’Rourke reports that the defender is in advanced talks with Dundee and that a medical is scheduled for Monday. According to The Courier, the contract will be short-term, as Montsma seeks to revive his career following his injury problems.

Dundee are set to sign Lewis Montsma from Lincoln City, with the deal expected to be completed tomorrow. An agreement has been reached with the Imps. Manager Steven Pressley is signing the 27-year-old Dutch and Swedish central defender to provide cover following injuries to Billy Koumetio and Clark Robertson. Montsma, who joined Lincoln City in July 2020, has not made any appearances in League One this season. His contract with the club runs until June 2027 and his current Transfermarkt valuation is €150k.
