Arsenal have been watching Norwich City's versatile English defender Kellen Fisher in recent weeks. According to TEAMtalk, they are one of several Premier League clubs assessing the 21-year-old. Everton, Manchester United, Newcastle, Brentford, Brighton, and Fulham have also monitored the player following his standout campaign in the Championship, where he has made 31 appearances this season. Sources have confirmed that Everton previously considered a move for Fisher in January. Although his contract at Carrow Road runs until 2028, Norwich may find it difficult to reject a significant offer for him this summer. Fisher, who joined the club in July 2023, has one cap for the England U21 team. His current market value is €1.80m, according to Transfermarkt.
