Kelechi Iheanacho is expected to return from his loan at Middlesbrough to compete for a place in Sevilla's squad.

Iheanacho emerged late in the window as another possible stop-gap loan. Sevilla picked him up on a free in July 2024 but made him available for loan after struggling to break into the team. Celtic considered a move but he instead joined Middlesbrough in the Championship. A grand total of zero goals in seven games have followed and the 28-year-old appears likely to return to Spain in the summer without too much on the table.
