The 20-year-old French youth international left-back, who is currently with AS Monaco, has garnered interest from several European clubs, including both Glasgow clubs, Rangers and Celtic, in addition to FC Torino and PSV Eindhoven. Ouattara, who joined Monaco from Amiens SC two years ago for a fee of two million euros, has made 32 appearances for the club, contributing to four goals.
