According to a report from ExWHUEmployee, Bowen was set to remain at the London Stadium to try to help West Ham win promotion back to the Premier League. The decision has been made amidst interest from several Premier League clubs, which include Chelsea, Newcastle United, Everton, and Liverpool. Bowen has made 22 appearances and scored 1 goal for England. It is said that West Ham want more than €59 million (£50m) for the player. It was also reported that they dismissed an initial enquiry from Everton valued at approximately €24 million (£20m).
