According to sources cited by Football Insider, Championship clubs Lincoln City and Portsmouth are both interested in signing Stockport County's English winger Jack Diamond. The two teams are reportedly hoping to arrange a transfer for a reduced price for the 26-year-old. The player is in the final 12 months of his contract and registered 15 goal involvements in the 2025-26 season. While Stockport wanted a fee of more than £1 million for the player in January, sources have indicated that his valuation has since dropped. Both Lincoln and Portsmouth are said to be admirers of the former Sunderland player. Lincoln previously had him on loan for the 2022-23 campaign.
