Lincoln City are reportedly among several clubs interested in signing Plymouth Argyle's 23-year-old Canadian and English striker, Aribim Pepple, this summer. Championship sides Norwich City, Portsmouth, and Watford are also interested in the player, with further interest from clubs in the MLS, mainland Europe, and Scottish club Rangers. It is said that some of the interested parties are willing to triple Pepple's current salary. Plymouth manager Tom Cleverley has separately confirmed that the striker's contract includes a release clause, although its value remains unclear. Pepple moved to Argyle from Luton Town in the previous year for a fee reported to be £250,000, which has the potential to increase to £600,000. He has not yet played for the Canadian national team and has a current market value of €175k, according to Transfermarkt.
