According to Alan Nixon via his Patreon, Blackburn Rovers have lodged an enquiry with Liverpool regarding a potential loan for Harvey Elliott. Blackburn are interested in the move as Elliott previously spent the 2020/21 season on loan at Ewood Park. Any loan move would be conditional on a new contract being agreed with Liverpool.
