Tottenham view the youngster as a cornerstone for their future defensive setup. Parma have set a price tag of €30–40 million and are not open to offers below that range.

Tottenham are showing strong interest in Giovanni Leoni and are considering making an opening offer of around €25 million. However, Parma's asking price is at least €35 million. Tottenham scouts have been monitoring Leoni closely, and he is viewed as a rising star by multiple scouts and directors.
