Fábio Silva Transfer from Wolverhampton Wanderers to Valencia
Marca has reported recent developments in Fabio Silva's transfer to Borussia Dortmund. The transfer is expected to be completed for a fee of 26.5 million euros, which includes 22.5 million euros upfront and 4 million euros in variables. Fabio Silva was also pursued by Valencia, as well as other clubs such as RB Leipzig, Stuttgart, Leverkusen, Wolfsburgo, and Italian teams including Roma, along with another LaLiga team, Atlético de Madrid. However, Borussia Dortmund's sporting project played a decisive role in influencing Silva's decision. Silva, who made a strong impression last season at UD Las Palmas by scoring 10 goals and providing three assists in 25 matches, is set to join Dortmund on a contract that extends until 2030. He aims to strengthen their attack in both the Bundesliga and the Champions League. The negotiations, which commenced in May, are nearing their conclusion, with Silva having already said his goodbyes to his Wolverhampton teammates, although some contractual details still need to be finalized.
