Edin Džeko Transfer from Fenerbahçe to Bologna

Bologna is showing interest in Edin Dzeko, the Bosnian forward born in 1986, who is set to be released at the end of June. Bologna has become the third Italian club to join the competition for the striker, following Como and Roma. Among these, Bologna seems to be the most determined, at least in terms of intention, to consider the player's demands. New discussions between the parties might take place soon as Dzeko is keen to return to one of Europe's top leagues, preferring this over opportunities in the United States or Arab countries. Recently, Dzeko bid farewell to the Istanbul club, Fenerbahçe, and expressed his desire to return to Europe. He mentioned finding it challenging to leave a team that had greatly impacted him, even though they did not secure the trophies they aimed for during his time there. Fenerbahçe, in turn, paid tribute to Dzeko, praising his leadership and contributions both as a goal scorer and as a captain.
