The same source indicates they may face competition from league rivals Middlesbrough and Preston North End, both of whom are aiming for promotion to the Premier League. Keillor-Dunn, whose contract with Barnsley runs until June 2027, has scored 11 goals in 21 League One appearances this season. Reports from January 2026 state that Barnsley have set a valuation of more than £5 million on the forward.
