Christian Früchtl (24) is reportedly set to transfer from Austria Wien to US Lecce in Serie A. Früchtl, who previously played for Bayern's youth team and earned the nickname 'Mini-Neuer', moved to Austria Wien in 2022 after a loan to 1. FC Nürnberg. He impressed in both seasons at Austria Wien, being named in the Team of the Season after his debut season and reaching Europe again this year. English club Queens Park Rangers was also interested in the young goalkeeper.
