An interest in Oumar Diakité was attributed to Queens Park Rangers, but none of the potential moves for the player were completed before the deadline.

Oumar Diakité has returned from a loan at Cercle Bruges and is reportedly not in the plans of his club, Stade de Reims. Several Championship clubs, including QPR, Preston, and Bolton, are competing for the Ivorian attacker, with the transfer's estimated value between €3 million and €3.5 million. The player, who has a contract with Reims until 2028, has reportedly declined proposals from Turkey.
