Chelsea have reached an agreement to sell the 21-year-old defensive midfielder, Lesley Ugochukwu, to Burnley. He will sign a four-year contract at Turf Moor. The deal was reported by David Ornstein. The Frenchman spent last season on loan at Southampton, and his departure is part of Chelsea's efforts to streamline their squad and fund new signings. Ugochukwu's market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €18.00m, and he had also recently been linked with clubs including Beşiktaş and Valencia.
