French and Senegalese forward Amadou Ba-Sy is in advanced talks with Hearts over a six-figure transfer from Rouen. The club had previously targeted the 24-year-old striker in January but could not meet the asking price. Negotiations have now resumed as Rouen are open to letting Ba-Sy leave, and he is not considered a direct replacement for Lawrence Shankland.
