Köln are pursuing 19-year-old Gambian centre-back Abubacarr Sedi Kinteh and are prepared to increase their offer to €6m after his club, Tromsø, rejected a €5m bid in May. Leeds have also recently gathered information on the player, adding him to their transfer shortlist. Kinteh joined Tromsø in March 2025 and has a contract until the end of 2029. He has made 9 appearances in the Eliteserien this season and has one cap for The Gambia national team. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value at €7.00m.
