Rangers are expected to pursue Sheffield Wednesday's Yan Valery. It is reported that Sheffield Wednesday are seeking to raise funds to avoid the risk of administration, which could lead to discounted deals in January. Rangers could pursue the 26-year-old right-back, a position they may need to plan for as captain James Tavernier's contract expires in the summer. Wrexham are expected to compete with Rangers for the Tunisian international, and Millwall are also said to be interested. Valery has 20 caps for his country.
