A report from the Spanish website Fichajes suggests Liverpool are interested in signing 25-year-old Portuguese PSG midfielder Vitinha as part of a larger potential spending spree during the January window. The report details that the club might consider a €90 million offer for the player. According to Fichajes, Liverpool supposedly believes Vitinha would be the perfect player to control the midfield, bringing creativity and technical prowess. However, it is also noted that persuading PSG to sell a key player is viewed as not being a viable option, and Liverpool are not considered to be in need of new midfielders. Vitinha, who joined the Parisian club in July 2022, is under contract until 2029. The midfielder has been capped 33 times by Portugal and has started the 2025/2026 season with one goal and four assists in 10 Ligue 1 appearances. Real Madrid has also been linked with the player.
