Tom Watson Transfer from Brighton & Hove Albion to Bristol City
According to sources for TEAMtalk, Bristol City, Burnley, Preston, Millwall, and Stoke are among several English clubs interested in Brighton's 19-year-old English winger, Tommy Watson. Watson, who joined Brighton from Sunderland in a £10m deal, has also garnered interest from clubs in Portugal, France, and Germany. Brighton has indicated a readiness to let the player leave this month. It is believed the club is open to various proposals, but they will not consider a permanent deal. The club's priority is for Watson to move to a club where he will get regular senior football. The representatives for Watson are currently assessing his options and considering a Championship loan versus a move abroad. A decision is anticipated in the next few days as clubs start to formalise their offers. Watson is an England U21 international and has a contract with Brighton until June 2029. During the 2025/2026 season, he has made six Premier League appearances and has not scored. His valuation on Transfermarkt is currently €10.00m.
