Bundesliga club RB Leipzig is monitoring Young Boys defender Stefan Bukinac. Sporting is also interested in the 21-year-old left-back. The club is described as another top European development club and has reportedly scouted him from the stands on multiple occasions, being particularly impressed by his physicality and attacking abilities. RB Leipzig could potentially launch a bid in the future to sign and develop the player for a later profitable sale. Young Boys signed the Serbian international in February for a fee reported to be 2.5 million euros, and the club does not plan to sell him in the near future. The Swiss club wants to continue his development to increase his value and has him under contract until 2030. Young Boys are said to be seeking a fee of at least ten million euros, in addition to a sell-on clause of 15 to 20 percent. There are currently no concrete offers, but this situation could change in the transfer windows next year. His current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €3.50m.
