Sporting Braga has announced the permanent transfer of the 19-year-old Portuguese midfielder, Roger Fernandes, to Al Ittihad, the champions of Saudi Arabia. The transfer deal amounts to 34.5 million euros, consisting of 32 million as a fixed fee and an additional 2.5 million contingent on individual and team achievements. Roger Fernandes, who advanced through Braga's youth academy and appeared in 127 matches for the first team over five seasons, scoring 15 goals, is departing the club after significantly contributing to its achievements.
