Robert Lewandowski Transfer from FC Barcelona to Legia Warszawa

Michał Żewłakow, the sporting director for Legia Warszawa, was questioned on the 'Liga+Extra' program about the possibility of 37-year-old Polish striker Robert Lewandowski ending his career with the club. During a specific segment where answers were restricted to "yes", "no", or "pomidor", Żewłakow replied "No" when asked if he would try to facilitate such a move. Lewandowski's contract with FC Barcelona is valid until the end of the current season, meaning he can change clubs without a fee afterwards and is able to sign a pre-contract agreement as early as January. It is thought that if he were to leave Barcelona, he would be inundated with offers, for instance from Saudi Arabian clubs like Al Nassr and Al Hilal, which would likely be more financially advantageous than any potential proposals from the Polish league. According to Transfermarkt, the player's current market value is €12 million.
