Kenyan midfielder Erick Otieno's contract with Raków Częstochowa expires at the end of this year and has not been extended yet. Coach Dawid Szwarga stated that he would like to continue working with the 30-year-old, but that health issues are a key factor in his case. Szwarga commented that if Erick Otieno maintains his health until the end of the season, he will definitely sign a very good contract, and hoped that it will be with Raków Częstochowa. Otieno joined the club in January 2024 and has earned 52 caps for Kenya. His current Transfermarkt market value is €450.0K.
