Football.London states that the player's preference is to play abroad, an option Chelsea are also considering for his long-term development. Vincent reports that a Championship move is still a serious option for the attacker, with a number of second-tier clubs expected to present their plans to Chelsea. In June, it had emerged that Chelsea had already decided Kellyman would spend another season away from the club, with Championship clubs and clubs across Europe registering an interest. If the Premier League club decides another season in the Championship would be better for his progress, Cardiff will be confident they can present a compelling case.
