Cardiff City have officially completed the signing of Chelsea midfielder Omari Kellyman on a season-long loan deal. Kellyman joined Chelsea from Aston Villa last summer for €22.5 million. After an injury-hit first season at Chelsea, he returned to full fitness over the summer and was heavily linked with a loan move. Multiple EFL clubs were touted as possible destinations for Kellyman, but he has now completed a loan move to League One high-flyers Cardiff on Transfer Deadline Day.

Omari Kellyman, the 19-year-old English-Northern Irish attacking midfielder, is heading to League One leaders Cardiff City on a temporary deal. He joined Chelsea for £19m from Aston Villa, and his contract with the London club runs until 2030. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.50m.
