FC Getafe is among a number of clubs interested in 19-year-old striker Omar Janneh, who holds both Spanish and Gambian nationality. Lazio Rom, Udinese Calcio, Sporting Lissabon, Borussia Mönchengladbach, and some French teams are also interested in the Spanish U19 international, for which he has scored 4 goals in 17 appearances. Janneh transferred to his current club, FC Lausanne-Sport, from the Atlético Madrid academy in January for about two million euros and is under contract until June 2030. The player's value is now estimated to be between eight and eleven million euros. It is also reported that his former club Atlético holds a matching right for any potential transfer.
