According to TYC, San Lorenzo has rejected an offer from Talleres for Nicolás Tripichio. Tripichio is a 30-year-old Argentinian who is considered an undisputed starter in Damián Ayude's midfield. Despite strong interest from the club in Barrio Jardín, the Boedo side decided against the deal. The club is now focused on keeping the player, who is a former Vélez and Defensa y Justicia player and joined San Lorenzo in July 2024, for their 2026 plans. The club is concentrating on a contract extension that includes a considerable salary increase for the right-back who was converted into a central midfielder. Tripichio has 12 caps for the Argentina U20 team, and his current market value is €1.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
