Nicolas Binder has departed from SK Austria Klagenfurt to join SC Cambuur, a club in the Dutch second division. The 23-year-old striker has signed a two-year contract, which includes an option for an additional season. Cambuur's Technical Director, Lars Lambooij, expressed his admiration for Binder's versatility and technical skills, noting that the player aligns well with the club's expectations for strikers. Last season, SC Cambuur secured third place in the league but was knocked out in the first round of the promotion playoffs. Binder, who is 1.93 meters tall, was trained at SK Rapid before transferring to Klagenfurt in January 2023. During the 2024/25 season, he made 26 appearances in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga, scoring three goals and providing three assists.
