The PSV Eindhoven has officially announced the arrival of Matej Kovar from Bayer Leverkusen. Initially reported for 7 million euros including 2 million euros in bonuses, the deal has been finalized as a loan with an option to buy set at that amount. Kovar, who is 25 years old and played 15 matches across all competitions in the 2024-2025 season, joins PSV following the departure of their former goalkeeper Walter Benítez to Crystal Palace.
