Leeds United is among several English clubs interested in signing 23-year-old Ivorian international Martial Godo this summer. Aston Villa and West Ham United are also interested in signing the player. Godo has one cap for his country and joined Strasbourg from Fulham in a £6 million deal less than a year ago. The French club is now expected to ask for a substantially higher fee of around €45-50 million (£39-43 million). Coventry City had previously made a bid for the winger last summer before his move to France was completed. He is under contract with Strasbourg until 2030. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €18 million.
