Marc Bernal Transfer from FC Barcelona to Roma
AS Rom is interested in acquiring Marc Bernal. According to Sky Italia, the Giallorossi have already established initial contacts with the representatives of the 18-year-old midfielder. Bernal made his breakthrough to the first team at Barcelona under coach Hansi Flick but suffered a cruciate ligament rupture early in the 2024/25 season and has not played since. His contract with Barcelona is valid until 2026, with a mutual option to extend for three additional years.
Roma has expressed a strong interest in acquiring Marc Bernal, a talented midfielder currently under contract with Barcelona. Sky Sport reported that there has been communication between Roma and Barcelona concerning this potential transfer. Nonetheless, Barcelona remains uncertain about permitting the transfer. Furthermore, Real Betis has also demonstrated considerable interest in Bernal. Although Bernal began the last season as a regular starter for Barcelona, he experienced a severe injury, tearing his cruciate ligament, which resulted in a prolonged recovery period. He has since regained his fitness. Currently, Transfermarkt places his market value at 5.00 million euros.
