Maher Carrizo is a 19-year-old Argentinian winger who plays for Vélez Sarsfield. He has been linked with Argentine club Boca Juniors, Dutch club Feyenoord, and Manchester City, and there is significant competition for him. Danish club FC Midtjylland has also inquired about the forward. According to Bold's information, FC Midtjylland is prepared to offer a package including bonuses worth around €11 million. However, Vélez Sarsfield is reportedly seeking a fee closer to €14 million. According to multiple Argentine media outlets, a potential move to River Plate previously did not proceed, partly because Vélez Sarsfield prefers to sell to a European club over a domestic rival.
