Dutch goalkeeper Maarten Paes, 27, has left Dallas, where he had played since 2022, and will continue his career at Ajax. This move is a return to his home country, where he previously played for NEC and Utrecht. Paes, who represented the Netherlands at various youth levels before switching his international allegiance to Indonesia in 2024, described his time in Dallas as the most beautiful years of his life. The Indonesian international, who has 10 caps for his country, has signed a contract with the Amsterdam club until June 30, 2029. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €1.50m.
