Italian side Como has been identified as one of several clubs across Europe interested in Saints attacking midfielder Leo Scienza, following his successful first season at St Mary's where he scored seven goals and provided 10 assists. The 27-year-old Brazilian, who also holds Luxembourgish nationality, joined Southampton in September 2025 and is under contract until June 2029. Speculation has increased after Saints did not secure promotion to the Premier League. Atalanta, Real Betis, Real Sociedad, and Crystal Palace have also been named as other interested clubs. Saints are reportedly hopeful of keeping him, and a significant offer would be needed for his exit. His current Transfermarkt market value is €12.00m. Reports from mid-2026 suggest Southampton's asking price was around €30 million, while earlier in March/April 2026, the asking price was stated to be at least €20 million.
