Tuttomercato reports that Milan is interested in acquiring 22-year-old Italian Left-Back Lorenzo Bernasconi from Atalanta during the summer transfer window. Milan would have tried to acquire Lorenzo Bernasconi from Atalanta if they had sold Estupinan, as part of wider interest in the player over the summer. Newcastle had also observed him more than once, and for Roma, he was considered a potential solution for the left flank. Atalanta's valuation of Bernasconi is reportedly between 20 and 25 million euros. Bernasconi joined Atalanta in July 2025 and his contract runs until 2030. He has made 4 appearances in Serie A in the current season. In February 2026, reports claimed Atalanta had rejected a €15 million bid from Roma and were unwilling to consider offers below €30 million at that time.
