Sky Sports reporter Sacha Tavolieri stated that while Ajax is attempting to extend Mokio's contract, which runs until 2027, the defender is reportedly not convinced by the club's sporting project. According to Tavolieri's sources, Mokio wants to take the next step in his career. The reporter also identified Manchester United as being among the most interested clubs, while Newcastle is also understood to be interested.
