Premier League clubs Leeds United and Brentford have an interest in Colombian midfielder Jhon Solís, who has been impressive during his loan at Birmingham City from Girona. The loan agreement for the 21-year-old player contains a £6.9m option-to-buy, which becomes mandatory because an appearance-related clause has been met. The minutes-related clause was triggered as Solís has played over 45 minutes in 13 games. According to Transfermarkt, the player has a current market value of €2.50m. Girona, who signed Solís in September 2023 for €6m, reportedly rejected a €3m offer from Tigres UANL in January 2026.
