Benfica and Roma are reportedly showing interest in signing Jeff Chabot, a 27-year-old German-French central defender for Stuttgart. The clubs have initiated contact with the player and made inquiries with his representatives. Chabot also changed his agency in November, a move often associated with a future transfer. A transfer during the winter window is not being considered because Stuttgart is unwilling to release the important Bundesliga player mid-season. For a potential negotiation at the end of the season, the German club has set a price of €20 million. Chabot moved from Koln to Stuttgart in May 2024 and has a contract valid until 2028.
