According to Tuttomercato, Jamie Bynoe-Gittens is currently Roma's preferred choice for an attacking winger position. Discussions regarding Bynoe-Gittens continue despite a failed operation involving Manu Kone.

AS Roma is considering a new attempt for Gittens from Chelsea, according to Sky Sport. The club is seeking a paid loan of 5 million and is discussing an option to buy for 55 million.

According to Tuttomercato, Roma continues to be in communication with Chelsea for Gittens, who is regarded as the main alternative. Chelsea has rejected a proposal from Roma for a loan with an option to buy for a total of 45 million euros. Chelsea is seeking more and requires a definitive transfer with an obligation to buy, not an option. This condition makes the deal more complex, but negotiations have not concluded.

Negotiations between Chelsea and Roma for Jamie Bynoe-Gittens have been ongoing, with the Italian club proposing a loan with an obligation to buy. Chelsea rejected the proposal because the London club is unwilling to let the winger leave at this point. Manager Xabi Alonso is said to want Bynoe-Gittens to remain, as he views the player as a key part of his plans and has vetoed his sale.
