Celtic are following 22-year-old Venezia midfielder Issa Doumbia, who is also being monitored by Espanyol. Club Brugge recently sent a scout to watch the player in a Serie B match. Venezia rejected a €6 million offer from Southampton for Doumbia during the summer, and it is thought his value has increased since. The Italian U21 international has a contract that runs until 2029.
