Hyeon-gyu Oh Transfer from Genk to Leeds United

KRC Genk striker Hyeon-gyu Oh was offered to Leeds United in recent days. The 24-year-old was also proposed to Crystal Palace, as both clubs are seeking to bring in a striker this month. There is also concrete interest from Fulham. It is reported that Fulham are pushing to sign the South Korean, especially after PSV were unwilling to cooperate on a deal for Ricardo Pepi. Oh had previously been close to moving to VfB Stuttgart in the summer before the transfer did not proceed. The South Korea international, who has 24 caps and 6 goals for his country, has scored 6 goals and provided 3 assists in 19 league appearances this season. His contract with Genk runs until June 2028, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €7.00m. The transfer to Stuttgart in September 2025 that did not proceed reportedly involved a rejected €20 million offer. This followed an initial agreement that was said to be between €25-28 million.
