Harry Kane Transfer from FC Bayern München to Chelsea
Transfer insider Dean Jones informed TEAMtalk that Chelsea are among three clubs who are willing to move for Kane next summer. German outlet BILD confirmed the presence of a clause in Kane’s contract that stipulates he can leave Bayern next summer for €65m (£57m, $76m). The one caveat is that Kane must inform the club he intends to leave no later than the end of the January window.
According to Dean Jones, Chelsea are long-term admirers of the England star. Chelsea could be interested in signing Kane should his reported release clause become active next summer.
The Sun reports that there is a good chance Kane will return to England next summer, which would allow Bayern to receive a transfer fee. Kane's contract with Bayern expires in 2027. The report suggests that Chelsea should monitor Kane’s situation, even though he will turn 33 next summer.
Chelsea are reportedly ready to break their wage structure to sign Harry Kane. Kane, currently playing for Bayern Munich, is not necessarily seen as a realistic target for Chelsea, but he is a player they would love to sign. Chelsea's qualification for the Champions League could make this deal more realistic. Kane might be keen to return to the Premier League to break Alan Shearer's all-time scoring record, having recently won silverware in Germany.
Chelsea is named as a club to watch in the transfer saga involving Harry Kane. However, TBR Football reports that Kane would not play for Chelsea. Despite Chelsea's interest, the England international has been linked with several top clubs, including Manchester United and Arsenal, according to Fichajes. While Chelsea remains a part of the conversation, Kane's refusal to play for Tottenham's rivals Arsenal or Chelsea has been underscored, aligning with TBR Football's report.
