As Real Madrid make preparations for the eventual departure of goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, they have shown interest in Toulouse’s 21-year-old French goalkeeper Guillaume Restes. He is one of several options being considered, alongside Arsenal’s David Raya and Porto’s Diogo Costa. Restes, who has one cap for the French national team, is under contract at Toulouse until 2028 and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €18.00m. Several other clubs, including Olympique Marseille and Aston Villa, have also been linked with him.
