Givairo Read Transfer from Feyenoord to Arsenal

Alongside Bayern, Arsenal is also reported to be interested in Givairo Read. However, there is not yet any concrete interest in the Feyenoord right-back.

Feyenoord director Dennis te Kloese has stated that no official offer has been made for Givairo Read and that there are no ongoing talks with clubs. The director of the Rotterdam club acknowledged that the right-back is being closely watched and added that big clubs are in their stands. It is expected that scouts will be in the stands for the nineteen-year-old on Thursday evening during Feyenoord's away Europa League match against VfB Stuttgart.

Scouts from Arsenal have observed Givairo Read's performances, according to De Telegraaf.

Arsenal is among the elite clubs closely observing Givairo Read's situation. The young right-back from Feyenoord has caught the attention of several European powerhouses due to his outstanding performances in the Eredivisie, where he has demonstrated both maturity and attacking skills, providing seven assists this season. Although Liverpool and Barcelona have been intensely vying for Read, Arsenal, along with Manchester United, Atletico Madrid, and Chelsea, are also monitoring the promising defender. Feyenoord, cognizant of the increasing interest, have placed a valuation of €25-30 million on the 18-year-old, who remains under contract with the Dutch club until 2028.
