George Earthy Transfer from West Ham United to Bristol City

George Earthy has rejoined Championship club Bristol City on loan for the remainder of the season. Earthy spent all of the 2024-25 campaign at Ashton Gate, scoring three goals in 40 appearances and helping the Robins reach the Championship play-offs. Earthy's only Premier League appearance for the Hammers this season was as a substitute in the home defeat by Fulham on 27 December. Earthy told the club website that the place feels like home and that he is really happy to be back.

According to Bristol Live, West Ham United prospect George Earthy is set to return to Bristol City on loan for the second half of the season. The 21-year-old English attacking midfielder spent last season with the Robins. He was kept at West Ham over the summer, where he has had difficulty securing first-team football, making only one Premier League appearance. With his opportunities limited, a decision has been made to allow him to leave on a straight loan deal until the end of the season. Earthy's contract with the Premier League side is due to expire at the end of the season, and it has been speculated that the club likely holds an option to extend it. If the temporary transfer is completed, he will strengthen Gerhard Struber's attacking midfield options for the remainder of the Championship season. The U21 international for England has a current market value of €2.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
